MEMBERSHIP POLICY & COMMUNITY RULES

This page explains how HALO TRADES membership works and the rules that apply across our Discord community and any other platforms we may use to deliver the service. By purchasing through Whop, joining Discord, or accessing any HALO TRADES content, you agree to the policies below.
1) Membership access and delivery
HALO TRADES is a digital service delivered primarily through Discord and managed through Whop.
Access is granted based on your membership tier and may include role based permissions, content libraries, education sections, and coaching style resources.
We may also deliver services through additional platforms or tools from time to time. The same membership rules apply across any platform we use.
2) Plans and billing
Membership options may include:
- Monthly subscription (recurring)
- Annual subscription (recurring)
- Lifetime access (one time payment)
Billing, renewals, and subscription management are handled by Whop and its payment partners.
3) Renewals, cancellations, and access restriction
Monthly and annual plans renew automatically unless cancelled through Whop before the renewal date.
If you cancel:
- You keep access until the end of your current billing period unless access is removed earlier due to a breach of this Policy or our Terms.
- When the billing period ends, access is restricted and roles are removed.
If a payment fails or a subscription ends:
- Access may be restricted automatically until membership is active again.
4) Digital access and refund position
HALO TRADES is delivered as a digital service and access is typically provided immediately after purchase.
All purchases are non refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law. This includes monthly, annual, and lifetime purchases, as well as unused time, accidental purchases, forgotten cancellations, or failure to use the service.
Nothing in this Policy removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
5) Strict anti sharing and unauthorised access
Your membership is personal and non transferable.
You must not:
- Share your access with non members
- Share accounts, logins, or role based entry
- Redistribute paid content including videos, courses, breakdowns, posts, messages, or materials
- Provide non members access through screenshots, screen recordings, re uploads, streaming, or proxy viewing
If unauthorised sharing is detected:
- Your access will be terminated immediately
- You will be removed from the community and any related platforms
- No refund will be provided to the maximum extent permitted by law
6) Community conduct
To keep the environment focused and high quality:
Respect and behaviour
- Be respectful. No harassment, hate, threats, or abuse.
- Keep discussions constructive. Debate ideas without attacking people.
- No trolling, baiting, or disruptive behaviour.
No promotion or solicitation
- No advertising other services, servers, groups, or paid offers.
- No referral links or self promotion.
- No unsolicited DMs to members.
No misleading claims
- No fake results, performance bait, or misleading statements.
- Do not present content as guaranteed profits or certainty.
Posting guidelines where posting is enabled
If posting is enabled in any channel:
- Keep charts and questions relevant.
- Include pair and timeframe where applicable.
- Follow channel specific formats and rules.
7) Enforcement
We may delete content, restrict access, mute, suspend, or permanently remove users who break rules.
Serious breaches, especially unauthorised sharing of paid access or content, may result in immediate removal without warning.
8) Platform coverage
These rules apply across Discord and any other platforms we may use to deliver HALO TRADES services. Access may be restricted across platforms based on membership status or policy breaches.
